How does the Preferred Customer Club work?
You provide us with your name and we track your sales. Once you spend $600, you can take 40% off the item of your choice. There is no cost, no expiration and no card for you to carry around.
What types of payment does The Active Sole accept?
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and cash.
Does the Active Sole have gift certificates?
Of course!
Does The Active Sole place special orders?
Yes! We take a 50% deposit at the time of order, and the balance is due when the items are picked up. If we are not ready to place another order with the supplier, we will charge $5.00 to help cover our shipping costs.
If a special order item needs to be returned there are two scenarios. If the item is one which we normally stock (color, style & size) we are happy to provide a full refund of the deposit. If the item is one which we do not normally stock (color, style OR size) we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What is the return policy at The Active Sole?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, unworn and with receipt. Returns are eligible for refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. If there are circumstances which make 14 days unreasonable for you, just let us know at purchase and we will be happy to extend the timeframe!
Will The Active Sole ship my purchase?
Sure! We will ship your purchase anywhere in the lower 48 via FedEx Ground for $5.00 per item.
Can I shop online at The Active Sole?
Yes! Sort of.
